Returns & order issues

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Return condition.
Items should be unused, with their original components and packaging. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. Original delivery charges are not refunded except where required by applicable law.
Damaged or incorrect items.
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate next step.
Refunds.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the return is received and checked. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
